Clove Essential Oil: Powerful antioxidant & antiviral properties; helps  boost immune system and increase resistance to a multitude of diseases

Lemon Essential Oil: Known to help increase circulation and relieve stress within the body; helps boost immune system against colds and flu; excellent antiseptic properties

Cinnamon Essential Oil: Offers powerful antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties; excellent antioxidant; helps to reduce formation of free radicals

Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil: Offers immune system support;  anti-inflammatory, decongestant, antibacterial properties; fighter of intestinal germs

Rosemary Essential Oil: Antimicrobial and anti-septic properties; supports immune system and helps to combat free radicals; excellent for mental fatigue, depression and forgetfulness

Tangerine Essential Oil: Powerful antioxidant and antiseptic properties; helps reduce fevers, infections, aides cell repair, purifies blood, and soothes inflammation

For Immune Support: (Colds, Flu, & other infectious diseases) Roll a small amount of oil (size of a nickel) onto palms of hands. Lightly rub palms in a circular, clockwise motion three times. This helps to energize the oils. Cup hands around nose and mouth and inhale deeply through nose 3 times. Follow with at least one inhalation through mouth. Can reapply several times throughout the day. For extra support during cold and flu season, massage oil onto bottoms of feet (base of 2nd toe - sinus and bronchial “vita-flex” point) twice daily,

Bronchitis: apply to lower back, sternum, chest and throat. Rub on feet and base of 2nd toe (sinus and bronchial “vita-flex” point)

Cuts & Scraps: Can be used on wounds to help prevent infection and speed healing. Can also be applied to poison ivy and insect bites, as well as fungal skin infections.

I am a classroom teacher surrounded by every virus imaginable. I inhale this blend several times a day, as well as take a tablespoon of the elderberry elixir each day.
