Eucalyptus Globulous: valuable infighting respiratory problem; reduces swelling in the mucous membranes; relieves fever, decongestant.
Eucalyptus Citriodora: recommended for use with colds, sore throat and flu, as it helps to clear sinuses and relieves headaches; antiseptic, antiviral, bactericidal.
Myrtle: fights coughs and colds, soothes inflammation, cough expectorant; oxygenates and promotes the drainage of mucus from the lungs.
Cypress: helps to ease breathing and reduce coughing; antibacterial, anti-infectious, anti-microbial, anti-septic; promotes relaxation.
Spruce: excellent for cold; helps to break up mucus.
Marjoram: reduces the pain associated with colds, fevers, sinus inflammation, overexertion of muscles, toothaches, headaches; has a general warming effect on body systems, as it improves circulation to increase bloodflow, furthering warming your cells. This property helps to get rid of coughs and excess phlegm.
Peppermint: clears congestion; eases breathing; expels phlegm; reduces fever.
Pine: antibacterial, energizing, anti-septic, helps alleviate respiratory distress
